Peteliskiu parkas 2018
Construction works of a new appartment building in Vilnius has been started. The location of the appartments is on the border of two districts: Antakalnis and Uzupis. Vilnius city center is closer than 1 km.
There will be build 30 appartments of differet space, starting with 36 sq. meters and finishing with 75 sq. meters appartments.
The building will be surrounded by a newly constructed park sized of 50 a. 6 new recreation aeas and playfields will be integrated into the park for children, pets, seniors and teenagers.
Moreover the building will have A or A+ energy efficiency class. Also solar collectors will be installed on the roof. The energy received from sun will be used for general building energy needs.
It is a possibility to have a personal electric vehicle charging station on the ground floor located parking place on request.
